Account & Portal Settings Manual
Manage your profile, security, business information, and application configurations from the centralized Settings module.
1. Personal Details
Keep your contact and profile information up to date.
- Full Name: Your complete name as it appears in the system.
- Email Address: Your login email (read-only), used for account recovery and important notifications.
- Phone Number: Your primary 10-digit contact number.
- Designation: Your current job title or role within the company.
- Buttons: Use Save Changes to apply updates, or Cancel to discard them.
2. Change Password
Maintain your account security by updating your password regularly.
- Current Password: Enter your existing password to verify your identity.
- New Password: Enter a new password. It must be 8-20 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.
- Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm.
- Buttons: Update Password applies the change. Note that you may be required to log in again on all devices.
3. Business Profile
Configure the branding and contact details for your agency, which will be used on reports, invoices, and communications.
- Business / Agency Name: The official name of your company.
- Contact Person: The name of the primary contact or administrator for the account.
- Business Phone: The official contact number for your business.
- Website (Optional): Your company's primary website address.
- Tax ID / GST Number: Your business tax identification number for billing compliance.
- Business Address: The full physical or registered address of your office.
- Buttons: Click Update Business Profile to save.
4. App Settings
Define your agency rules, shift timings, and overtime calculations for employee attendance tracking.
- Office Time (From / To): Set the standard start and end times for your daily shifts.
- Working Hours: Define the total number of hours required for a full working day (e.g., 8.0).
- Half Day Working Hours: Define the hours required to qualify for a half-day shift (e.g., 4.0).
- Grace Time for Check In: The allowable number of minutes past the office start time an employee can check in without being marked late.
- Min. Overtime Duration: The minimum extra minutes an employee must work after office hours for it to be counted as official overtime.
- Weekly Holidays: Select the default days off for your organization (e.g., Sunday).
- Buttons: Click Save Changes to enforce these rules across your organization.
5. Holidays Calendar
Manage public holidays and company-wide days off to ensure accurate attendance tracking and leave management.
- Add New Holiday: Manually enter a single holiday by specifying a Holiday Title and Date, then click Save Holiday.
- Bulk Generate: Click the Bulk button to open a modal that automatically generates recurring holidays (e.g., 2nd and 4th Saturdays) for a selected year.
- Configured Holidays: View a table of all upcoming and past holidays. You can click the Trash icon to remove a holiday. (Note: Removing past holidays may alter historical attendance reports.)
