Employee Management Manual

Manage and onboard company staff profiles seamlessly in the Administrator Portal.

1. Introduction

The Employee Module is designed to help host companies structure their field force. You can add new staff records, assign designations, set phone numbers, and manage active profiles.

2. Key Features

  • Centralized Profiles: Keep all employee details in one secure location.
  • Designation Control: Assign designations like Field Sales, Delivery Driver, Service Tech, or Supervisor.
  • Active Status Toggle: Deactivate former staff to prevent app check-ins and free up license seats.

3. How to Onboard Employees

3.1 Add New Profile

Go to the Employee menu, click **Add Employee**, fill in Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and select their Designation.

3.2 Modify Profile Details

Click **Edit** on any employee row to update their profile settings or reset check-in permissions.
