The Dashboard serves as the central hub of your StaffTimer administrator workspace. It provides visual insights, active employee counts, and navigation shortcuts to all essential modules.

2. Key Dashboard Metrics

  • Total Employees: Total number of active, non-deleted staff registered under your account.
  • Active License Seats: The seat capacity allocated by your current subscription plan.
  • Pending Support Tickets: Active support inquiries awaiting answers or review.
